Rory under the lights! So I am finally catching everyone up on our lives since the birth of Rory. Sorry....but I wanted to get as much time in with Rory as possible before heading back to work. So indulge me with all the following information.
Shortly after Rory's birth she was moved into the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and I into the smallest postpartum room on record (I couldn't even take a photo the room was so small). Unfortunately I was sick and could not visit with Rory in the NICU and had to fight with the nurses for them to bring her to me. Sans Mom...Rory was already tanning (trying to get rid of the jaundice). She was quickly losing weight and by the time we would bring her home she would be 5 lbs. 5 oz.
